By downloading, installing, or using Shuffle Video Player ("the App"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Use of the App

The App is provided for personal media playback and organization. You are responsible for the legality of the media files you play and manage using the App.

2. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of Shuffle Video Player shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss or deletion of media files — arising from use of the App. Since the App can manage and delete files at your request (including via broad storage access), you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important media.

4. Media File Access

The App requires certain Android storage permissions (including full media library access) to browse, play, and manage your files. By using the App, you consent to granting these permissions as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not access, transmit, or share your media files in any way.

5. Changes to the App or Terms

We may update the App and these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

6. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to discontinue the App or any of its features at our discretion.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
