1. Introduction
Shuffle Video Player is a personal, independently developed app. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information when you use it.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect
Shuffle Video Player does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information. The App does not have a backend server. No data ever leaves your device.

3. Media File Access
The App requests access to media files (videos and audio) stored on your device solely to enable playback. This includes the use of the following Android permissions:

READ_MEDIA_VIDEO — to browse and play video files
READ_MEDIA_AUDIO — to browse and play audio/music files
READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE — to access and manage media files on legacy Android versions
MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE — to scan your device's full media library and locate/manage duplicate video files

All media access is local and on-device only. No files are uploaded or transmitted anywhere.

4. Storage
The App saves the following data locally on your device only:

Your playback preferences (shuffle, loop, theme)
Watch history (which files you've viewed)
Hidden/private folder settings

This data is stored in the App's private storage and is never shared externally.

5. Third-Party Services
The App does not use any third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking services.

6. Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13.

7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
